Exchange/Return Policy

  • WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
    • All your garments in your order are eligible for an exchange within 7 days; given that they are untried, unworn and unwashed.
    • The price/brand tags and all original packaging must be intact.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    • Please make sure the product is unused, unwashed and in original condition.
    • You are welcome to try on any product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition if you want to return/exchange. We have a flexible 7 days returns policy for this category.
 WHAT IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED GARMENT?
    In the unusual case where you receive a damaged or defective garment from us; please immediately notify us at support@theforensic.com with pictures of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you as per the stock availability.
    Please ensure you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

    WHAT IF I RECIEVE A WRONG GARMENT? SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER.

    In the unusual case where you receive a garment which is not a part of your order; please immediately notify us at support@theforensic.com with pictures of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you.

    Please ensure that you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

    RETURN OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE VOID if:

    • The return request exceeds 7 days from date of receipt of the order by the customer.
    • The product has been used.
    • The product has been tampered with or altered.
    • The damage is due to misuse of the product - Any damage/defect caused by a third party like laundry/washing machine or ironing service.
    • Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
    • Products returned are different from what was shipped.
