- All your garments in your order are eligible for an exchange within 7 days; given that they are untried, unworn and unwashed.
- The price/brand tags and all original packaging must be intact.
- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- Please make sure the product is unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- You are welcome to try on any product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition if you want to return/exchange. We have a flexible 7 days returns policy for this category.
WHAT IF I RECIEVE A WRONG GARMENT? SOMETHING I DID NOT ORDER.
In the unusual case where you receive a garment which is not a part of your order; please immediately notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the garment and we'll instantly replace it for you.
Please ensure that you keep the garment untried, unworn and unwashed. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
RETURN OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE VOID if:
- The return request exceeds 7 days from date of receipt of the order by the customer.
- The product has been used.
- The product has been tampered with or altered.
- The damage is due to misuse of the product - Any damage/defect caused by a third party like laundry/washing machine or ironing service.
- Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags and barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.
- Products returned are different from what was shipped.
